Remove Date/Time Stamp Through SQL – Technical Support

If disabling Date and Time doesn't work from the camera interface, changing the servercapture.exe config, or the web.config file then you can use SQL Management Studio to make this change.

- Open SQL management studio

- Navigate to ESM5_2

In dbo.setting

add

key -- value

showtimestamp -- 0

showdatestamp -- 0
