Thumbnail Images not displayed - "Could not communicate with the archive server"

Complaint:

From ESM Archive footage Thumbnail page, Images are not being displayed -  Message displayed instead: "Could not communicate with the archive server" 

Issue:

ESM build mismatch between management server and archive server.

Resolution:

Upgrade archive server or management server to the same ESM build version.
