Issue:
IE is giving out of memory errors pertaining to the plugin. This issue happens when the memory usage for the IE process gets too high and the plugin crashes.
Resolution:
Turning off the frame merging feature, which merges all IE sessions into one process will resolve the issue.
1. From the client workstation, press `Windows Key + R` to get to the run command box. From here, type `regedit` and press enter.
2. Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
3. Right click on `Main' and choose `New > DWORD (32-Bit) Value`. Name the value `FrameMerging`. (one word, no quotes). The value should be set to `00000000`.
4. Restart your machine.
5. Open as many IE windows as you need to and drag them to their appropriate monitors. Be sure not to use the built in new window feature on the matrix tab of ESM. Assuming a 4 monitor setup, proper window deployment would consist of the user clicking `Start > All Programs > Internet Explorer` a total of 4 times.
