The Application Server is not running

Issue:

Browser states that the "Application Server is not Running."

 

Solution:

The IPConfigure Portal Service needs to be running.

 

1. Log into the management server.

2. Start > Administrative Tools > Services

3. Find IPConfigure Portal Service and start it. If it is already on, restart the service.
