Adobe Flash installed for Chrome but prerequisites page will not acknowledge it – Technical Support

Issue:

Chrome stops at prerequisites page indicating Adobe Flash either needs to be installed or does not have permission to run

Resolution:

To resolve this issue,

1. Open Chrome.

2. Type the following into the URL bar: Chrome://plugins

3. Find Adobe Flash Player

4. Click Enable

5. Put a check box in "Always allowed to run"
