Change Default Web Page After Login

Issue:

User wants the default web page to be something other than the Matrix.aspx page.

Resolution:

1. Log into the Management Server

2. Navigate to "C:\ipConfigure\"

3. Open the "web.config" file with Notepad.

4. Find the key for "<add key="DefaultPage" value="matrix.aspx" />"

--This value may be changed to one of the following:

----map.aspx

----matrix.aspx

----archive_basic.aspx

----archive_thumbs.aspx

----library.aspx

----alarm.aspx

----lpr_realtime.aspx

----lpr_watchlist.aspx

----lpr_search.aspx

5. Save the file.

6. Run an elevated command prompt. Run the IISRESET command.

The default page redirection after logging into the user UI should now be the value that has been set.
