Recording H264 (RTSP) through https

Symptoms: 

Cameras will not record while trying to connect via https over rtsp

Error in Event Viewer Application Log: 

System.Exception: RTSP client error state 2
at ipConfigure.Media.Rtsp.RtspSource.MarshalSamples(Object x) in c:\build\develop\esm-5\src\ipConfigure.Media\Media\Rtsp\RtspSource.cs:line 98

Reason:

The RTSP library, Live 555, does not support https for recording after v5.4.20130906 (released in September 2013)

Resolution:

Changed cameras to recording using http with port 80.
