Could not find 'c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\xxx.xx.xxx.xxxipConfigure.license.xml

This is an issue with the v5.4.21 release build.  This is fixed in later builds.  Please contact [email protected] to get access to the latest update in order to resolve this issue.  Below is how to temporarily fix the issue.  This happens when the archive server volume has been changed/updated.

The root archive path may be the ip address instead of the actual path. 
There are 2 hives that need to be edited, while paying attention to 3 entries in each hive.

-Open REGEDIT

Check this hive: 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ipConfigure

Make sure:

'Remote Server' 
'Server Name'

have matching entries (most likely the IP Address of this machine).

Also make sure that

'Root Archive Path'

is equal to C:\ipConfigure\ (or the path that you installed ESM)

Make sure:

'Remote Server' 
'Server Name'

have matching entries (most likely the IP Address of this machine).

Also make sure that

'Root Archive Path'

is equal to C:\ipConfigure\ (or the path that you installed ESM)
