This is an issue with the v5.4.21 release build. This is fixed in later builds. Please contact support@ipconfigure.com to get access to the latest update in order to resolve this issue. Below is how to temporarily fix the issue. This happens when the archive server volume has been changed/updated.
The root archive path may be the ip address instead of the actual path.
There are 2 hives that need to be edited, while paying attention to 3 entries in each hive.
-Open REGEDIT
Check this hive:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ipConfigure
Make sure:
'Remote Server'
'Server Name'
have matching entries (most likely the IP Address of this machine).
Also make sure that
'Root Archive Path'
is equal to C:\ipConfigure\ (or the path that you installed ESM)

Make sure:
'Remote Server'
'Server Name'
have matching entries (most likely the IP Address of this machine).
Also make sure that
