Able to link a server in admin interface but unable to expand the tree – Technical Support

If you are able to link a server in the administrative interface but unable to expand the tree for that archive location, make sure your time/date settings are in sync between the archive server and the management server. Double-check that the server is in the correct time zone and whether daylight savings time is enabled.

Management Server will populate errors in the event viewer under the application logs similar to this:
