No Thumbnail Images (Image cannot be displayed)

Symptom:

Thumbnail images for this particular archive server were not showing (just a box that stated "Image Cannot Be Displayed".) Actual playback was successful.

Error in Event Viewer Application Log on Management Server:

Resolution:

In this case, the DNS name was not able to be resolved from the management server.  Resolved temporarily by changing installation from DNS name to IP Address. (Knowledge base article to change ip address: https://ipconfigure.zendesk.com/entries/30452538-Change-the-IP-Address-of-a-Server)
