Time Stamp on Search and Thumbnail Playback

The time stamp that displays in the ESM User UI on the Search and thumbnails tab of the archive page is populated via the current time on the machine that you are using to view the video. ESM records archive video minutes in UTC time using the archive server time. It then converts it to the viewing station time zone.
