Playback/Export Issues Caused By Special Characters in Camera Name/Description or Location Name

Currently the following special characters cause issues with playback when used in the camera name/description and location names:

apostrophe ( ' ) , ampersand (&), and pound/number sign (#)

  If this is the case for the location name only, this will have to be changed in the database. (Camera name/description can be changed in the ESM admin interface.)

Open SQL Management Studio and connect to the database engine. Drop down the ESM5_2_Central database, right-click on dbo.tblServer. Take out the special character.
