Uninstalling Internet Explorer 10

ESM, natively, does not work well with Internet Explorer 10. We recommend that users use IE9 (ESMv5.3 or previous) or IE11 (ESMv5.4 and newer) for full functionality.

IE10 can be reverted to IE9 by doing the following:

1. Control Panel
2. Add/Remove Programs
3. View Installed Updates (Left Pane)
4. Once you are here, give Windows a second to load all the updates.
5. Scroll down to the heading "Microsoft Windows"
6. Click Windows Internet Explorer 10
7. Uninstall.

Restart your computer.

Upon restarting, be sure that IE9 is in compatibility mode by clicking the ripped page icon next to refresh in the address bar. Also make sure that you are using 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.
