When scheduling upgrades, on-site services, or system migrations, IPConfigure customers and partners are encouraged to take note of IPConfigure's Technical Support Schedule in order to ensure the availability of support resources.

Technical Support Schedule

IPConfigure technical support is available Monday through Friday on business days:

Monday: 9:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Time

9:00am to 12:00pm Eastern Time
12:00pm to 1:00pm CLOSED for ongoing support readiness training
1:00pm to 8:00pm Eastern Time

Wednesday: 9:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Time
Thursday: 9:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Time
Friday: 9:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Time 
Note: In order to ensure the availability of IPConfigure engineering and escalation resources, the resolution of certain complex, non-emergency issues reported between 5:00pm and 8:00pm Eastern may be scheduled for the following business day.
